How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay per product processed through our platform. Pricing starts at $0.05 per product for the first 10,000 products, with volume discounts applied automatically as you scale. You can monitor your usage and costs in real-time from your dashboard.
What's included in the $20 free credit?
The free credit allows you to process approximately 400 products with full classification and attribute extraction. This gives you enough room to fully evaluate the platform before scaling up.
Are there any minimum commitments or monthly fees?
No. There are no minimum commitments, monthly fees, or setup costs. You only pay for what you use. If you don't process any products in a month, you pay nothing.
When will I be charged?
Usage is billed monthly based on your actual consumption during the billing period. You'll receive an invoice from Lemon Squeezy with a detailed breakdown of your usage and costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through Lemon Squeezy. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
How do volume discounts work?
Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your monthly usage. Process 10K-100K products at $0.03 each, 100K-1M at $0.02 each. For volumes over 1M products, contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are provided for billing errors and cost miscalculations. Once products are processed, we incur non-recoverable costs from third-party AI providers, so refunds cannot be issued for consumed services. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
