What does a scan do?
An AI shopper agent opens your product pages, reads them the way an assistant would, tries to answer buying questions and to reach checkout. You get a readiness score and the changes to make, page by page.
How does billing work?
Free runs on $20 of credit, and scans stop when it is used. Growth and Enterprise are pay as you go: what your scans and index runs use is invoiced once a month, and the app shows the running total.
What is different between the plans?
How much of your store each run covers: products a scan reads (10, 50 or 200) and pages an index run reads (100, 1,000 or 5,000). Everything else is on every plan.
Do I have to install anything?
No. A first scan needs only a product link. The traffic tag is one line on your store, and it is optional.
Is there a minimum or a monthly fee?
No. Growth has no seat fee and no minimum. A month where you run nothing costs nothing.
Can I get a refund?
For billing errors, yes. Usage that has already run is not refundable, because the AI providers charge us for it. See the refund policy for details.
