How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay per product you put in front of AI shoppers, meaning every product we test answers against and repair when they fail. Pricing starts at $0.05 per product for the first 10,000, with volume discounts applied automatically as you scale. You can monitor your usage and costs in real-time from your dashboard.
What's included in the $20 free credit?
The free credit covers roughly 400 products end to end: detection, answer testing, journey testing, and the revenue leak report. That's enough to see exactly where your store is losing AI shoppers before you spend anything.
Are there any minimum commitments or monthly fees?
No. There are no minimum commitments, monthly fees, or setup costs. You only pay for what you use. If you don't cover any products in a month, you pay nothing.
When will I be charged?
Usage is billed monthly based on your actual consumption during the billing period. You'll receive an invoice from Lemon Squeezy with a detailed breakdown of your usage and costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through Lemon Squeezy. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
How do volume discounts work?
Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your monthly usage. Cover 10K-100K products at $0.045 each, 100K-1M at $0.04 each. For catalogs over 1M products, contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
Do I have to install anything on my store?
No. We start from your public storefront, so a first scan needs nothing more than your domain. If you want traffic detection down to the individual agent and page, you can connect your server logs or store platform. That's optional and takes minutes.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are provided for billing errors and cost miscalculations. Once products have been covered, we incur non-recoverable costs from third-party AI providers, so refunds cannot be issued for consumed services. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
